My Story
I didn’t always choose softness.
For years, I worked in marketing, brand strategy, and creative production, leading campaigns, managing teams, and building brands across media, experiential marketing, and cultural projects. On the outside, I was thriving. On the inside, I was cycling through burnout.
The turning point came when I realized something simple but radical: the systems weren’t failing because I lacked discipline — they were failing because they weren’t designed for how creative entrepreneurs actually work.
From that philosophy, I developed The Soft Strategy Method — a practical, experience-driven approach to brand clarity, business alignment, and system design for creatives and entrepreneurs. This method transforms scattered ideas into clear direction, supportive workflows, and strategy that honors energy, identity, and capacity.
Today, I work at the intersection of brand strategy, creative direction, and soft business design, helping creatives, entrepreneurs, and purpose-driven brands build sustainable businesses that feel aligned, confident, and deeply their own.
Inspired by my Dominican roots — the way people move tranquilo: calm, present, and grounded in natural rhythm — I began reimagining what sustainable business strategy could look like. It was the pace and presence I longed for during 80+ hour weeks.
